Humburgers, one of the most popuplar fastfood in many countries over the world, are often made with grilled beef, cheese or bacon.

Hamburger Buns
  • 1Mix all ingredients for 2 minutes at low speed and 8 minutes at high speed.
  • 2Maintain temperature of the dough at 28°C. Rest the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • 3Cut pastries into equal portions: 60g each. Rest it at 30 °C for 30 min. Shape and put into the mold.
  • 4Ferment at 35 - 37°C for 90 minutes.
  • 5Brush tops of buns with egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Baking:

Temperature: 200°C

Time: 18 minutes
